Tired of the endless battles for your child to do their homework? Create a homework routine to have kids doing their homework without the tears.

Kids backpacks are overstuffed with homework that needs to be completed by the next morning. They have spelling, math, reading, and a little science. All your child wants to do is relax and all you want to do is get dinner ready and have some peace. But reality is students regularly have about an hour of homework a night and it is in the best interest of the teachers, parents, and students to have a homework routine.

After school kids do not want a routine, they have just had to listen and obey rules for the past 6 hours in class. However, establish a homework routine to reduce your child's stress in regards to homework. If a child knows the homework routine, they are more willing to follow the rules. Kids like routine even though they scream and shout about it, they like to know what is expected of them.
