How to Make A Complete Sentence

Short simple lesson to illustrate to students how to make a complete sentence. Post in classrooms from grade school to high school.

Teach students the basic sentence pattern to create complete sentences. Once they have mastered a simple sentence you can extend to more complex sentences. The basic sentence structure should be reviewed annually in school, even in the higher grades.

noun: car

adjective: silver car

verb: silver car drives

adverb: silver car drives slowly

prepositional phrase: silver car drives slowly down the highway

article: an, the

punctuation/capitals: The silver car drives slowly down the highway
